Acts 6:1–7

This week, Pastor David continued the sermon series on the book of Acts with a look at characteristics of growing churches. He showed us:

GOING DEEPER:

• Are you surprised to hear that a growing church is not a problem free church? Why or why not?

• What should the priorities of a healthy, growing church be? How can these priorities be sabotaged?

• Pastor David said the apostles showed emotional and spiritual maturity when they were made aware of the disagreement. They pursued the right priorities without getting defensive or demonizing others. How did they model that it's possible to disagree without dividing? How is that relevant in our world today?

• How is God calling you to share your gifts and experiences with your Family of Faith?
